Admissions Forms 2008 - 2009
The following information and application forms are available for prospective parents. You may print out the forms necessary for your child's grade level. Upon completing the information and application forms please return them to the school office along with your non-refundable $50 application fee.
Information Sheets
2 1/2 and 3 Year Olds
Introduction to preschool program is offered on Thursday and Fridays. Student/Adult ratio is 6/1.

3 Year Olds
This program is available for two half days, three half days or five half days from 9:00 - 11:30. Student/Adult ratio is 8/1.

4 Year Olds
This program has both A.M. and P.M. sessions available for three half days or five half days from 9:00 to 11:30 A.M. or 12:30 to 3:00 P.M. Lunch Bunch options are available on Monday and Wednesday. Student/Adult ratio is 8/1.
