Admissions Forms 2010 - 2011
The following information and application forms are available for prospective parents. You may print out the forms necessary for your child's grade level. Upon completing the information and application forms please return them to the school office along with your non-refundable $50 application fee.

3 Year Olds
This program has both morning and afternoon sessions availavle for two half days, three half days or five half days from 9:00 to 11:30 A.M. for the morning sessions and 12:30 to 3:00 P.M. for the afternoon sessions. Student/Adult ratio is 8/1.

4 Year Olds
