Direct Investments in Children (“DIFC”)
Direct Investments for Children is an HSA program that seeks support from individuals, corporations and foundations to invest in needed items for
DIFC allows donors to contribute directly to acquire items that have been identified by the school and the DIFC team. Donors have a direct pipeline to the DIFC team and can clearly see the effectiveness of their giving.
Past program investments have included:
- Desk & Chair sets for the classrooms,
- Laptops,
- White boards,
- Image Scanners, and
- Smartboards.
Here’s how you can help.
Review the current list of desired items, and invest. Look for letters and meeting notices from St. James describing the identified list of items. Select the item(s) you would like to invest in.
Suggest items that you think will enhance our children’s educational experience. The DIFC team is always open to suggestions.
Help identify corporate sponsors and institutions. Inform the DIFC team members if you know of a likely donor organization, and help us pursue their participation.
