ECDC Admission Forms 2012-2013
The following information and application forms are available for prospective parents. You may print out the forms necessary for your child's grade level. Upon completing the information and application forms please return them to the school office along with your non-refundable $50 application fee.

3 Year Olds
This program is morning only for either two half days, three half days or five half days from 9:00 to 11:30 A.M. session. Student/Adult ratio is 8/1.

4 Year Olds
This program has both morning and afternoon sessions available for three half days or five half days from 9:00 to 11:30 A.M. for the morning sessions or 12:30 to 3:00 P.M. for the afternoon sessions. There is also a full day program Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.. Lunch Bunch options are available Monday though Friday. Student/Adult ratio is 8/1.
