Here you’ll find everything you need to know about the admissions process for Saint James School. We encourage you to look around and carefully consider the benefits of enrolling in Saint James School, as a child’s early education lays the foundation for future growth. At Saint James, we look for students who encompass the desire to learn through a religious, interdisciplinary curriculum. Upon acceptance, we make a commitment to personally help each and every student develop into a successful young adult.
Saint James School offers a number co-curricular activities and enrichment programs including athletics, scouting, after-school clubs, service opportunities, and more, which encourage each student to get involved outside of the classroom. These dynamic options help round out each student’s overall experience while cultivating their own individual interests.

THE SAINT JAMES SCHOOL APPLICATION PROCESS
Saint James School offers both paper-based and online application processes. The process is easy, and all forms can be found on our website here. A non-refundable Application Fee of $50.00 is required with each application.
Along with your application, you will need to submit:
Universal Child Health Record Form - Completed by your child's physician with his/her most recent physical and immunizations. This form must be submitted to the school office before your child enters Saint James School in September.
Once you have been accepted to Saint James School, a non-refundable $125.00 registration fee is required for each student.
Please find all of the required forms for admission into the 2016-2017 school year in the Application Materials section of the website. You may print out the forms necessary for your child’s grade level, or complete these forms using our new Online Applications.
Upon reading the information sheet and completing the application forms, please return them, along with your non-refundable $50 application fee and the required documentation noted above to: Saint James School, Office of Admissions; 200 South Finley Avenu;, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.. If you are using the Online Application, please submit it online, and we will confirm receipt of your application.
SCHEDULE A TOUR or BE A SPARTAN FOR A DAYWe know that selecting the right school can be a trying experience for both the prospective students and their parents. We want you to be confident in your decision, and we believe there is no better way than to experience the great community of Saint James School than to tour our facilities and see our classrooms in action. In addition, your student can be a “Spartan For A Day,” which allows them to "shadow" one of our Student Ambassadors. This provides your student with the opportunity to spend the day at Saint James School and interact with our students and teachers.
