Mrs. Dorota Kearney

I come to St. James school with almost 20 years experience in education, as a teacher, librarian and a gifted and talented coach. During those years I taught math to grades 4 through 8, including Accelerated Algebra course and an High school geometry enrichment class. I also taught Religion to grades 7 and 8. I enjoy working with students in extra curricular activities and am always open to new adventures. Recently I rediscovered my passion for coding and I like to incorporate it in my math instruction.

I’m looking forward to teaching math and running library at st James school. I already reorganized the library space and curated your wonderful book collection. I’m hoping to transform the library into a student-centered welcoming reading and media space . I have two married sons and I live in Mt olive with my husband Tim and my wire haired pointing Griffon Hershey .
