PreKindergarten

To register for PreK3 or PreK4, parents must submitt the following:

PreKindergarten Registration form 
SAINT JAMES TOILET TRAINING POLICY
Immunization Record attached
Copy of birth certificate
Copy of baptismal certificate
Non-refundable registration fee of $125 per child
Student Emergency Contact & Medical Information (one per family)
Universal Child Health Record - physical must be within a year of the first day of school.
